Summery Pillow Boxes

Thought that I'd create something light for summer. Adds a nice finishing touch to all of those spring/summer projects.

These pillows are quite big and measure 11cm long x 12cm wide and are 3.5cm in depth at the deepest point.

Will all be for sale on Etsy soon!

Boudoir Boxes and her sisters

Gosh work has been sooooo... hectic it's hard to find the time but I have been adding to my box collection.

So a big round of applause for the Boudoir Boxes. They are a collection of hexagonal boxes which can be tied with ribbon at the top. Each one measures approximately 14cm wide by 16cm tall. So they are quite big girls and can hold a fair bit.

The cardstock is super gorgeous as you can see and is at least 240-270 gsm so they are made of sturdy stuff.

Will be available for sale soon on my Etsy store !

Kraft Card Discoveries....

My Kraft card finally arrived! I thought that I would dabble in some pillow box making.

Wanted to make something pretty and girly but elegant as well.

This box is Retro, Pre-Raphaelite inspired.

Vintage is all the rage at the moment and Vintage, French packaging is to die for! Knocked this up and thought it might be great for a men's range.

The Search for Gift Boxes is Over

After long and hard searches for attractive and affordable packaging for my soap I was often disappointed.

Too often were the boxes on offer too plain, too big, too small and often ridiculously expensive. Companies would offer the same thing for ages.

The benefit of being a small scale producer/crafter is that you can create a whole new range/look really easily and quickly. It also helps to be able to update your packaging easily and as inexpensively as possible.

So I now make my own boxes and gift packaging. Below are a few boxes that I have designed and made myself.

These boxes all measure 9 x 8 x 3.3cm and are great for log mould slices. I use at least 240gsm card stock so the boxes are not flimsy.
